What we eat has a reflective effect on our mind as well as the body. We must give importance to the quality of the food materials as wells as the eating behaviour, that is how we eat. We should follow diet tips which help in getting the best out of what we eat.
1. Start eating a big breakfast. It helps you eat fewer total calories throughout the day.
2. Serve fruits and vegetables daily gets you more comfortable.
3. Smaller meals throughout the day than heavy meals.
4. Every meal must include two servings of a fruit or veggie.
5. A typical restaurant consumption should possess 1,000 to 2,000 calories, without counting the bread, appetizer, beverage and dessert.
